Most cleaners run one inspection. We run two - before pre-treat and before delivery.
01. Reserve
Call or text. We pick a 1-hour pickup window that fits your week - no app, no account needed.
02. Doorstep Pickup
We come to you in our marked Premier Cleaners van. Leave your bag at the door if you cannot be home.
03. Inspect & Tag
Each garment is tagged, checked for stains, missing buttons, weak seams. Nothing is rushed in unnoticed.
04. Pre-Treat Stains
Coffee, wine, grease, grass - treated by hand with the right solvent before they ever hit the machine.
05. Clean & Finish
Sorted by fabric, washed or dry cleaned at the right temperature, then hand-pressed and steamed.
06. Final QC + Deliver
Second inspection, hung in clear bags, and returned to your door - usually within 24 hours.
